DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

– All sales of digital content are final.
– No refunds or exchanges on downloadable art once the purchase is complete.

PRINTED PRODUCTS

– If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
– We will offer a reprint or refund upon proof of damage.
– We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

COMMISSIONED & CURATED WORK

– A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin commissioned work.
– Due to the custom nature of the work, refunds are not available once the project has begun.
– If you are unsatisfied, please reach out and we will do our best to resolve the issue collaboratively.
