Based on our chat, You’ll then receive a personalised price package & scope, shaped around your project and what you need.
Once we’ve shaped the shoot into something that feels right – we’ll lock it in.
We’ll send through your booking info, contract and the final details.
Once the paperwork’s signed and locked away, the date is yours – fully secured and officially part of the This Is Art story. -

Everything from intimate gatherings to large celebrations – including parties, engagements, corporate events, product launches, openings, workshops, retreats and private functions. If people are coming together, we can cover it.

Absolutely. Once we understand the flow of your event, we’ll help map out key moments, timing, important people, and any must-have shots. We work in a documentary style, capturing the day as it unfolds while being intentional about what matters most.

Yes. Events are full of natural moments, and we focus heavily on candid storytelling – but we’re also happy to organise small group photos, detail shots or quick portraits when needed.

It depends on the scale of your event. Smaller events often need 1–2 hours, while larger celebrations, launches or corporate functions may need 3–5 hours of coverage. We can help you decide what’s best.

Of course. If you’d like shots of styling, set-ups, florals, signage or the space before it fills, we recommend having us arrive 15–30 minutes early.

Yes – we offer highlight videos, short reels, and cinematic recaps that pair perfectly with your photos.
Video can be added to any event package. Alternatively, we cans hoot entirely on film, it’s up to you.

Definitely. We’ll confirm all major moments before the event so nothing gets missed — speeches, cake cutting, performances, first dances, product reveals, entrances, and more.

Event galleries are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks, depending on the size and scale. If you need a handful of images urgently for social media, we can deliver previews within 48 hours.

Yes. We’re based in Newcastle, NSW, but travel locally, interstate and internationally for events. Travel fees are discussed upfront so everything is clear.

Absolutely. Most clients want a blend – atmosphere, emotions, details, interactions, groups and key moments. We tailor the coverage to the tone of your event and your priorities.
