Before we were behind the lens, we were in front of it — living the athlete life, chasing wind and waves across the world, learning the rhythm of performance from the inside out. Years spent competing on the water taught us timing, intuition and how to read a moment long before it happens. That lived experience is what shaped this offering: a way to honour the sport, the ocean and the people who move within it From the power in a turn to the quiet in a lineup, we chase the real stuff — the flow, the freedom, the stories written in saltwater and sunlight. Based on our chat, You’ll then receive a personalised price package & scope, shaped around your project and what you need.
Once we’ve shaped the shoot into something that feels right – we’ll lock it in.
We’ll send through your booking info, contract and the final details.
Once the paperwork’s signed and locked away, the date is yours – fully secured and officially part of the This Is Art story. -

We’re based in Newcastle, NSW – but we travel anywhere your story takes us. Interstate, overseas, coastal, inland… sport lives everywhere, and that’s a huge part of why we do what we do.
Travel, movement and the ocean are at the heart of our work, and we’re always up for a new place and a new adventure.

Yes – we offer both. Once we’re aligned on your vision, we’ll choose the best mix of land, water, drone and lifestyle angles to suit your project. If the conditions shift, we adapt on the fly to make sure you’re getting the strongest results for the day. The ocean moves and so do we.

Of course. Mixed media is one of our strengths. Depending on the scope of your project, we can tailor a photo–only, video–only, or full hybrid package to bring your story to life.

100%. You don’t need to be an athlete. We’ll guide you when needed and focus on capturing you in your natural flow. Having fun out there is the key – the confidence follows.
Peri has extensive knowledge of high-quality media, coming from a background in professional sport, so we understand performance, technique and timing.

We sure do. We use a full water-housing setup for in-water shots, drone for aerials, and land-based gear for everything in between — giving you a mix of angles and perspectives.

Yes. All delivered images include personal-use rights for social media, personal branding and portfolios.
Commercial licensing is available if you need the images for business or marketing purposes.

Custom project quotes are always available for larger or ongoing work.
