01 — HEY THERE

If we haven’t crossed paths yet, this is where we change that. Before cameras, waves or golden-hour magic – we start with a chat.

A quick call, coffee date (or a cocktail), or voice note back-and-forth… whatever feels natural.

You can tell me what you're dreaming up, what inspires you and what this shoot really means to you.
Ask anything – the process, the gear, my favourite surf spot… I’m an open book.

02 — LOCK IT IN

Based on our chat, You’ll then receive a personalised price package & scope, shaped around your project and what you need.

Once we’ve shaped the shoot into something that feels right – we’ll lock it in.

We’ll send through your booking info, contract and the final details.
Once the paperwork’s signed and locked away, the date is yours – fully secured and officially part of the This Is Art story.

03 — THE FUN PART (PLANNING)

This is where the shoot starts taking shape.

We’ll dive into locations, timing, mood, colours, outfits – the whole creative flow.
Whether you know exactly what you want or you just know how you want it to feel, we’ll help pull the pieces together.

We’re always just an email, text or call away leading up to the shoot. You choose how hands-on you want me to be.

Oh, and we’re big inspiration seekers over here. We’ll collaborate on a Pinterest mood-board to ensure our ideas are aligned, and you’ll receive a personalised pre-shoot checklist to ease any nerves before the big day.

04 — SHOOT DAY

Here we go.

All you need to do is show up, breathe and be present.
We’ll guide where needed, step back when it’s natural and capture the moments in-between – the ones that feel like you.
Whether we’re in the ocean, running through dunes, celebrating a milestone or capturing your brand – it’s all about creating art that feels real.

05 — THE GOOD STUFF ARRIVES

Your gallery lands in your inbox within 2-6 weeks (depending on scope, but often sooner), ready for reliving and re-loving.

Get comfy – wine, tea, salty hair, whatever your ritual is and enjoy it.
Laugh at the moments you forgot happened. Cry the good tears. Share it with your people.
This is your story, told the way it felt.

Your moments can be downloaded, shared and revisited via a private online gallery for 12 months, with the option to secure some extra hand-selected goodies on the platform (you’ll just have to wait and see about that one)

A digital file gives you a high-resolution version of the artwork to use as needed (within the licensing terms). A print is a professionally produced physical version of the artwork, available in different sizes and finishes. We recommend printing professionally to preserve the quality and integrity of the piece.
